bizTops engineering bv – bizTops hereinafter – develops IT applications for its clients. This bizTops privacy statement applies to all resulting data processing and to our website: www.biztops.com

bizTops is responsible for data processing and considers the proper handling of personal data to be of great importance. We process and secure personal data with care. We comply with relevant privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

bizTops processes personal data primarily in the context of its customer service provision. We also process personal data for communication purposes, including managing this website and sending email newsletters and information. The legal basis for this processing is the conclusion and execution of agreements for the development of IT systems, which we conclude with our customers, and the pursuit of our legitimate interests. BizTops also requests your consent to send email newsletters and information. You can withdraw this consent at any time. The legitimate interests on which bizTops relies for this processing are: promoting and providing our services, being able to answer questions via the contact form, CRM, project management, accounts payable and receivable management, and being able to meet maintenance and warranty obligations.

What data do we store
